Return Process

Contact our dedicated support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the jewelry in its original APORRO® branded box and include all authenticity certificates and promotional materials provided with the shipment.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send your package to our European fulfillment center, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
